1. Add 1 sliced strawberry, 4 cl vodka, 1 cl elderflower, 5 cl cloudy apple juice, 2 cl fresh lime juice and 2 cl Shake-It Mixer Strawberry to a highball glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir.
3. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a strawberry.
